recommendation: energy shots
These are brilliant. Although they are chewy, so slightly tricky to eat while running, they don’t taste anywhere near as bad as the gels and (I find) they are much easier to digest than regular sweets, yet they still give you a powerful boost. Plus you can dispense them into your arm pouch / whatever pouch and nibble as you go around, wrapper free, thus saving on littering and / or carrying round lots of sticky wrappers. Result!!
